400K owed by MUSD to City? Anyone know what the City of Maricopa is billing the the school distric for? I am not saying they shouldn't, I am just wondering what servies MUSD is using from the City for that amount. Heck it may even be a lot more. Any know?

Just an assumption and guess - no proof whatsoever. But this debt is looming over the head of all governmental agencies across Arizona. Most cities are paying it and then collecting from the other entities such as schools because of timing issues. I sure hope the accounting office checks every word and number for validity, since the city has trouble with rules, regs, and math.
