Maybe so, but it just doesn't make sense to me.  Our country won't survive if oil goes as high as predicted.  Airlines are already going belly-up, car makers are shutting plants, and as Americans, who still have jobs. spend more and more on fuel, they spend less and less on everything else.  Governments at all levels are already suffering from the resulting loss of revenue and gasoline is only at $4 per gallon.    The global warming fraud has done a real number on the USA, just like the perpetrators planned.
