CleanuptheCopa  you shouldn't worry about these new name change scaridy cats posting.  I did find on the internet articles and manifestos of the new non-denominational evangelical churches.  I just put in what you stated and they lay out all the latest techniques and scams to attrack new members.  This really shows me what quote "the evangelical feeling is about MONEY".  Senator Grassley has put a little fear in a few of the big ones, as always they are claiming all kinds of non-profit regulations to circumvent the facts and scams.  All I really care about is the same statement you made about the purchase deal if it didn't involve the COH.  And the most important item is a full disclosure of the buying price by the church, why the city had to committ before they closed seems to be the real question.  They contend it is a killer deal considering a quote, appraisal, I havn't seen or heard of one yet.  Usually the buyers are responsible or request the seller to honor a private appraisal as the final value standard.  I find it funny that the Peed deal finally got down to a 34,000 bill to find out it wasn't the best deal after all, since other syndicate members had land available for sale.  I will be in Florence after the meeting on Tuesday , so I can find out more at the recorders office.
