How did I get dragged into this???

I kind of understand why Carl did what he did, but the fact remains that the particular rule Kimberly broke was well known and evenly enforced. It also remains that many other forums (not just the one she went to) have trouble with consistently enforcing the rules. People are human, they make mistakes and errors in judgment. 85239 is not unique in this regard. Writing an editorial ripping into 85239 for the same errors that the competition came to make just doesn't seem right.

But all that said, one issue this trivial shouldn't be enough to not vote for Carl. Just like the decision to childishly walk away from one forum was rash, so too would not voting for Carl be rash.

In a way, the sniping between the forums have been divisive and a hindrance on the community. Don't let that creep into our city government now that we have a chance to start fresh. Kimberly recognized her error, accepted it and moved on. So should everyone else.
