Alert | Posted By geewiz on 11/29/2007 5:50 PM I went to enroll at ASU but when they noticed I got my age, sex and name correct on the application they said I was already to smart and didn't want to make the rest of the students feel like underachivers and sent me to UofA.
Again, I highly doubt that! You got rejected because you don't know which form of "to" to use. That's too bad; maybe next year.

sun devil dum devil you see sun has three letter and so does the way i spelt dum.
Q. How many sun devil fans does it take to out smart 1 WildCat fan? A. No one will ever know because it is impossible and never happen. Hmm, too bad the rest of your post didn't make sense. Did you purposely leave out a word to two and spell Africa wrong as well? To add insult to injury, your joke does not even make sense or have proper grammar. Try again!

I take it you go to asu what grade third. Thats what it seems like from all your post. I can try to come down to your IQ but it would not be worth my time.
What does ( leave out a word to two and ) mean, until your become perfect go stick your head back in the sand.
yes this is wildcat country go to the pets and animal section and look at the topic of bobcat in cobblestone.

Alert | | Wow, one typo. And sadly what I said can still be understood by most people. Every one of your posts is riddled with typos. Do you really want me to point out all the ones in your most recent post? Coming "down" to my IQ would be impossible for you because you have already done that, and then some. And just so you know, third grade is not a grade in college; either you didn't know that or do not know how to word your sentences properly. Finally, I graduated from ASU, because it's a school where one can actually stand to stick around for the full 4 (or 5+) years.

Alert | Hey JasonY, why do you think ASU got shafted? The only two tough teams that they played were Oregon and SC and lost to both. They still would have gone to a BCS bowl had the Rose Ball not selected Illinois and took Mizzou instead. That would have knocked Kansas out and opened up the last spot for ASU.
Oh well! If ASU had beaten a quality team it wouldn't be an issue. If any team got shafted it was Mizzou. Quit whining, the Holiday Bowl is a fine bowl. At least you are going to one. Arizona couldn't even do that, AGAIN!

Alert | Mizzou definetly got shafted!! From #1 to not in any BCS bowl!?!?
Stupid rose Bowl is the only one that has to keep 'tradition' by selecting Illinois and then screwed the Fiesta Bowl by not being able to select ASU.
Other than the BCS championship game(BS) which will be an LSU route over The (overrated) Ohio St. all the other bowl matchups look really good.
I am calling it right now LSU 41 Ohio St. 10
USC will beat Illinois
ASU should beat Texas-

Ouch, hitting below the belt. Sorry, but your "insults" kind of suck. :/ That's why no one seems to get them; when you have to explain your jokes and insults to everyone, maybe it's not those people who are stupid...maybe they just don't make sense! Also, IQ has nothing to do with how much a young adult drinks. You read ONE post about my drinking and you think I need to sober up? Ahhaha did you even go to college? Somehow, I doubt it. They may suck to you and you don't get them thats because they are over your mentality level. My statement never mentioned your IQ had anything to do with your drinking. If read all of my prior post on this subject were read (or in your case read to you) you would have known yes I went to college at LSU GEAUX TIGERS. I did not go to UofA though. I chose the school that had more class and style when I chose between UofA and asu. As far as academics what is asu known for? Most of the asu grads I know are engineer students. Alert | Ok I have to chime in now because apparently someone thinks they know about ASU and didn't even attend the university. First of all, the Engineering College and College of Business at ASU are ranked WAY HIGHER than U of A (and many other universities in the country for that matter). Obtaining an Engineering degree or a Business degree at ASU means a heck of alot more than a Nursing degree from U of A. Sounds to me like someone is bitter because their paycheck doesn't reflect an Engineer's paycheck. I work with Engineers everyday. They have learned more than theories at school.
Every U of A graduate I know that goes for their MBA goes to ASU for a Business MBA. I wonder why that is? If you want me to pull some statistics and end this petty argument now, I will. | | "Your village called.........they're missing their idiot"

No my paycheck doesn't reflect of that of what an engineer makes. I personally receive no what you would call a paycheck. My business provides all the items I need for myself and family. My business provides others businesses with the material needed to provide you with clothing and many other things needed in life. It does not take an MBA to run a business. I do not have a mba and run a business that does very well. I am a third generation farmer. Besides the farm I have outside of Gila Bend I also have two in Texas and one in Louisiana that I over see those three's operation too. I admit there are a few good engineers out there. I have several friends that work for tech companies that will tell you the better engineers from the USA are from Califorina and the east coast and most of them can't touch the ones coming from overseas.
Then you want to talk about nursing how many Medical centers does ASU have, how many life saving techniques have been developed in a ASU medical center. When you or a loved one is in a hospital how many engineers or mba's are there to assist you when needed. During surgery who do think monitor the vitals. You seem to want to down play the importance of nursing think again.

Well, if you had read the thread you would know I am not the only one who you had to explain your jokes to. Most people were confused. You have no idea what my mentality level is; you are just upset that no one gets your jokes. And U of A has some quality programs, just as ASU does. That is why people need to consider their major before picking which school to go to. They also need to consider that U of A is in Tucson...that was the drawback for me. Trust me, I had my pick of many schools coming out of high school and chose the ASU Honors college. I did not major in engineering, but I would never diss someone who did; I don't know why you're downplaying that major as not everyone could do it.
ASU also has great and well-known Business school, and the Journalism school is good, as well. Their Honors College is among the top 10 in the nation (well at least a few years ago...haven't checked lately lol). So yes, ASU has some good majors, as does U of A. However, this argument should be finished already considering that ASU beat U of A, just as we predicted.

Alert | Well the win didn't go exactly as we predicted.
THAT WAS ONE UGLY GAME!!
ASU sucked on defense and Carpenter made some horrible decisions (talking trash to the home crowd??).
Luckily UofA players do not know how to catch a football otherwise we would have lost!
We can beat Texas but not if we play like that!!
This thread was never about the Universities and their programs. It was friendly trash talk about sports. If you can't do it nicely with some wit- don't reply. | | "The jouney of life is as much in oneself' as the roads one travels"

I never meant to downplay nursing, it is a very important career field. My sister is a nurse. Farming is very important also, I think that is awesome that you own four farms. I was merely trying to point out that ASU has alot of class and distinction west of the Mississippi. There are alot of people from overseas that come to ASU for engineering. And ASU has done many great things for the State. | | "Your village called.........they're missing their idiot"

Alert | | I know someday I will have to give some support and a lot of money to ASU because my youngest son is planning on going there next year his brothers call he the black sheep. ASU does have a really good communications department. He wants to be a sports announcer. He is currently at CAC taking his basics math, eng, etc.etc. He was accepted in the Walter Cronkite schoolof Journalism and mass communication and if I didn't think that was a good school I sure wouldn't send him there. But until then all my support is for UofA as far as Arizona schools go. Who know were my daughter will want to go probably NAU for thier forestry program. She can't wait to spread her wings. She's my wild child it's a good thing she has four brothers to help keep track of her.
