 Alert | Registrations for the Fall 2008 Season is underway. The Maricopa Youth Football League is expecting tremendous growth this upcoming season. If you are interested in becoming a head coach for one of our youth football teams, please contact Larry Davis at 480-529-5889 ASAP. The deadline for contacting Larry is 5/24/2008.

Alert | You can check out maricopayouthfootbal.com the age groups range from 7-14. There are several age divisions, and hopefully several teams within each division. | |

Alert | Many of the kids are not returning and have chosen to play in town or other sports.
My kids play in South Phoenix due to the lack of quality coaching in this youth league. | | | |

Alert | | That's a shame. This is my first year involved with this league, please keep in mind that this is all done on a volunteer basis. I am going to do everything I can to educate myself, and ensure I provide the kids with the tools they need to be excel in football in the future. I know this league is still young and still growing. Dont give up yet!!! But good luck. | |

I have seen the challenges of season's past and feel that this year has proven to be a much more positive experience. The new coaches are EXCELLENT! Kudos to to new board members along with the coaches for donating your time and turning this league around! Maricopa has weakend in many ways this year (housing market, crime, etc.) It is nice to see people step up to make some positive changes in our community. | | | |

Alert | | Cool thanks! Currently, we are uninsured. We are trying to get a major medical plan. Covering broken bones and major stuff. Other stuff we pay out of pocket for. Will that be suffecient to cover the insurance request? | |
