Thread Bumped for the future........

wink Wink!

Go ahead and rub it in, Sinbad!   You'll be old and feeble minded some day!     I wish I had remembered this thread when I posted my sunset pics last night because they certainly did post right.  I still haven't figured out why they posted horizontally instead of stacked  vertically!

Nice one.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Upload your digital images to an image hosting service (I use Photobucket), reduce the size to no larger than 480X640 pixels, copy the URL which is found under "properties", then reopen this Forum and use the image posting icon (mountain and sun) to insert the image.

Hoover Dam. I was surprised on how low the water was.

Thanks Cactus Rob!

Me too!  I'm using a panasonic TZ5 camera.  It is small enough in size that I can take it with me wherever I go.  I missed a lot of good shots with my old camera simply because it was too large to have available at all times.

The water is so low because they had to drain it due to environmentalists complaining about sediment in the Colorado river. So we flushed away tuns of reserve water and electricity... smart move...

I think this thread is broken.  I have been unable to post photos today and get them to line up properly.

<--- is still learning his camera.

I think I might have a good one that I will post when I get home. We had a visitor last night and saved it from drowning in our pool.

Let's just hope they come out.

Good to hear from you, Sinbad.  This photo thread has become a lonesome place since I deleted all my previous photos.  I emailed PhotoBucket and blamed them, but they emailed me back and said I did it.  They told me how I could bring the photos back, but I'm not smart enough to understand what they were trying to say!

August 10, 2008 ..... Not a particularly beautiful sunset, but the plume of smoke from the Wildfire west of Buckeye, AZ, makes it interesting!
