Since NEZ isn't around to start the useless buy highly amusing threads... and pstoneaz thinks things are boring... and DH is at the races and I'm bored (and had a couple glasses of wine)... I'm going to post a few totally idiotic and useless threads.
Play along

So - do you prefer 1 ply or 2?

Definitely a serious thread and only 2-ply will do! We have a batch of 1 plys floating around somewhere. I keep throwing them out and my DH keeps bringing them back. He bought them because they were the cheapest (the cardinal rule-always buy the cheapest).

So add another holder to the bathroom and designate 1 (with 1-ply) for him and the other (with 2-ply) for you... Bet you won't ever have to refill his again...

Uh, this is kind of a crappy thread wouldn't you say?

And ALWAYS over! People have been hurt for much less! And if you use the last, make sure you put another roll on there! What do you think there is...TP Fairies that come when you forget to put a new roll on! No TP fairies, that is me having to put the new roll on because your lazy butt "forgot" to do it.

Who's using me, what should we do? Because you can't be a pimp and a prostitute too. - White Stripes

For those that don't change the empty roll, put the 1-ply on for them and hide the good stuff for yourself... See if you have that problem again... They can be trained; we just have to be sneakier...

1 ply is way better for your pipes. when my mom lived in fountain hills, her HOA specified only 1 ply. now, they never did a house to house check, but mom asked a number of plumbers and was told the same thing...1 ply for the pipes. BTW, it's under, not over!
