My neighbors are looking for another rental here in maricopa and since our lease is month to month we are also going to look for a smaller home rental while we wait for the lot/home we want to be built wich could take over a year. Soo I am curious if anyone knows of any/ or if your renting out your home. Please PM me with any info, Subdivision, Squarefootage /bedrooms in the home and of course what you are wanting per month/deposits, and your lease time. 6 month, 1 year etc.

You might want to check with some of the members who have homes for sale. They maybe open to renting their home out. Is this for your neighbors or you?
