This is what I do when the power goes out start the genny plug the frig ,tv, and small evap. cool. Kick back with a nice cold beer.

Don't belive that the developers fix the flooding though. All they did was widened the wash as it passes through the developments. Thats not were the problem really came from. Once all that water hit the Gila Indian Reservation it will begin to back up into Maricopa. The developers were not able to fix the wash on the Reservation. It will help some but when the big storms hit like in the early 80's watchout. It kinda like trying pour too much water though a funnel it gonna start to over flow, thats what the developers really developed.
