There's a classified section  on this site.  Maybe you could just put the price as $0 and Free in the title?  We actually listed a few things and sold two within 24 hours of posting!

There is also Maricopa Freecycle in the Yahoo groups. I belong to it and the Casa Grande & HiddenValley Freecycle groups.

If you have little ones it's a great place to get things for the kids.

I agree with AppyLady. Freecycle is a great group to belong too. I have got a few things on there. Before I moved from Cali, I posted many things on my local freecycle as well.
