I don't know what is wrong with people that allow their dogs to bark constantly. I really don't understand what could be going through their mind, if anything. Doesn't it annoy the heck out of them just like it does their neighbors?

My neighbors have two small dogs that bark constantly. We are on a view lot so every time anything moves on the walking path they go balistic. With no houses directly behind them it echos and you can hear them all over the neighborhood. They are small dogs so it's constant yapping. Then they get the other dogs in the neighborhood going and it sounds like we live in a dog pound.

No, I haven't complained. Evidently no one else in the neighborhood has either because I've never seen anyone come out and try to shut them up. How can people be so insensitive to their neighbors though? I really don't want to have any bad blood with any of my neighbors so I've just put up with it. But where do you draw the line?

In my neighborhood dogs bark all night, I can't believe it,   they bark and bark and bark for no reason!!!  I try and go over and knock on their door but NO one answers.  What can you do, I need to ware earplugs just so I can sleep.

I don't understand how pet owners can let this happen.

If you just quit knocking on his door maybe you will quit upsetting his dogs and they will shut up.
