Its pretty cool! My gf likes it alot mostly for the Yoga. I work out everyday and consider myself to be pretty active, but even I have to admit that the day after I use the Wii fit I am a little sore (darn stabilizing muscles lol). The games are fun and addicting if you are the competitive type.
