Just need a tune up on the air conditioner. I've seen ads on tv. Just wondering if anyone has good things to say about one of the local companys.

Call Alternative Air @ 520-483-0364 and ask for Avnel. Tell  him Mark from the Chamber of Commerce sent you. He does great work and lives in Maricopa.

Hello im not sure if they are local but had my 1 year inspection and being  im in  a dr horton home there was alot of different tradesman coming through my home lol.  chas roberts was the most  professional and thorough of them all. Of course was all warranty work so i dont know their prices.

Russel AC in Phoenix is awesome.  Came right out and are very competitive in their prices.

That's too funny, lets recommend Chas Roberts since they did good warranty work. I guess it's not important that they are the cause of the warranty work in the first place.

I think it is good to go with a local company that have been refered by others because you are supporting small businesses in Maricopa!

I have used Kris Fletcher with High Tech Comfort... cell # 480-567-5918...Fax # 520-208-6758 He is a long time local and is very honest and charges way less than any others I have talked with.
He is licensed and bonded.

Thanks, dzrtgems, for the recommendation on High Tech.  He had to do battle with Lennox to get them to honor our warranty.  He worked for us as though it was his own money he was trying to save, and in the end was successful.  We were very pleased and wouuld recommend him highly!

We've been without A/C since Friday evening. We're still under warranty so the company (won't mention any names) gave us a timeline they should show up of anywhere between 7am to 7pm today. This will be their 4th trip out for the same A/C unit.

We did live in another house in Maricopa before moving into this one and needed A/C work there too. We used Alternative Air and believe me, when this one is not under warranty any longer, we'll be calling them. They were very honest, reasonably priced, came right out and fixed it the FIRST time! Imagine that!!

We used Alternative Air last week. Overall, we had a really positive experience with them. There was a tiny mix up, but their customer service was great and they took care of us. I would definatley use them in the future and recommend them to others. Plus, their price for doing a check up on an A/C unit was more than 25 dollars cheaper than the quote from Chas Roberts, and they didn't try to talk me into anything else.

Kris Fletcher with High Tech Comfort just quoted me the best deal for an A/C Tune Up and he is able to provide same-day service.

I have to agree.  We recently had our home inspection and were told we have  2005 and 2006 a/c units installed in our home that was purchased in june of 2007.....

I Agree Alternative Air is great! Fixed us up really quick - and at the last minute too. I was expecting someone to come on a Monday (my a/c had gone out the Friday before). I called out Warranty people - which I was told our unit was no longer covered, the guy told me he would be here Monday - no show so at around 12 pm I called Avnel and he was here at 5pm (like he said he would be) and had me fixed up in an hour and for $30 less than I was orginally quote to "look" at it - not including fixing it. He's great very friendly and quick too.

The best A/C man in Maricopa is Aaron.  He owns Infinite Cooling and Heating.  He comes to your home himself and does great work!  602-705-3721
