 Alert | | Do people throw LIT cigarrette butts out their car window? I'm a non smoker, but even if I wasnt- this just seems stupid, and dangerous. Can any smokers out there enlighten me as to why you would do such a thing in such a dry climate? I don't know about AZ but in Oregon this is a HUGE fine.... | |

Alert | Honestly, I am a former smoker. 
When we lived in PA, we tossed lit 'butts' out the window all the time, since there was no fire danger- everybody did it, and I was stupid, so don't bust me for it now. 
However, when we moved to AZ, we NEVER threw butts out the window. I was PETRIFIED I would start a fire. We found ashtrays for our cars (our cars came without
ashtrays!) and used them. | |

Alert | this bugs the heck out of. I am a former smoker, and grew up in AZ. I NEVER threw my buts out the window! Maybe because I can't stand littering but my Uncle was a fire fighter for the forest service and there was no way I would do it.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.
