When will the "eaders"  be back in the entry?  We could be changed to Desert "C" kinda of has a ring to it :-)

We've got all the stuff to put it back up.  We're looking into a better way of securing it to the wall.  The old way was just with silicone.  Obviously that isn't going to work again.

We're having to do it ourselves so if anyone has some idea please let me know.

I can mention it to DH.  Not sure if it would work on cement & metal though.

Thanks for the tip!!

Liquid nails would actually work. It should really be looked into.

Liquid Nails won't work because the wind has ripped the bolts off which were epoxied on with industrial strength stuff.

DH and another neighbor will be working on it on Sunday.  Anyone that is willing to come out and help are more than welcome.  Send me a PM and we'll met up.

We've had to reshape a couple of the pieces but finally have enough to put two out of the three signs back up.  They will be using stainless steel nuts and bolts with anchors.

Thank you very much for your offer to help.  We were able to get the "edars" up yesterday with epoxy.  The side one they are going to use some sort of bolts and anchors.

If you want to PM me your email address or phone number I can have him call you when he gets the stuff.

Yep, someone ripped it off again last night.  Broke the bolts even!!!!!

DH has to clean off the back side of the sign and start all over again.  This time he's not using any epoxy at all and will be bolt through the sign into the block wall.

He's totally ticked off.  Why do people have to pull this crap???

I would bet big bucks that it's some wanna be crips that are doing it. They will deface anything and miss spell words to get the 'c' out there. They are sending a message. Have you reported this to the police?

I thought the same thing but the "c" is still there.  The "edars" is what they were messing with.

I think that I will call the cops and report it though.  Good idea!!!!

Kind of has a certain ring to it.

We were able to retrieve the letters and are working on getting it put back up shortly.

Yes, Desert "C" has a hip ring to it...or maybe it just kind of reminds me of Hi "C"...

It is really upsetting that it would make someone happy to do this to our community

Hopefully they will get their punishment
