 Alert | My neighbor called the management company that runs the Desert Cedars HOA a couple days ago and was told the current staff has only been there a couple weeks because the old staff were "let go" because of misappropriation of funds.

Please do show up at the meeting as get all the questions that you have out. The Board will be more than happy to answer any questions. In addition to that any financial information that you would like to see can been viewed at AAM's office with a written request. | |

Alert | Noe, Barbara left AAM around Halloween almost three months ago. The statement that the current staff has only been there a couple of weeks is incorrect. The interim community manager was actually the area manager. She was at our last meeting as the manager in October.
Our new community manager was put into place a couple of weeks ago but she has been with AAM for a long time. Our community manager has also been with AAM for a long time.
It's funny how rumors get started. But that is all it is are rumors. | |
