What happened in the front side name? It ONLY shows Decert C.
I did not even notice, but my little bro showed it to me, that the Cedars is gone.

I have not heard anything, anyone has info on that?

Twostep? Have an answer?

Thanks,

If you ever drop your keys into a river of molten lava, let'em go, because, man, they're gone.

If signs are being damaged, I vote to not replace them as one fourth of the homeowners aren't paying their dues and we live among lots of residents with no respect for others property.

The "edars" was taken down as to prevent it from being damaged more by the winds. They are not being damaged by vandals at all. They were very poorly installed. I actually have all of the pieces from all three signs. We are in the process of getting quotes to have it replaced.

As we are not collecting all the HOA fees why spend any money on these signs? How's about using a little judgment as to where the money gets spent?

The board has no intention of spending any money at this point in time but we do need to get a quote to find out where we stand with it and what will be the best way to go in the future. The sign needs to be replaced but till monies straighten out it isn't an expense that we can justify.

We are looking into trying to install the sign by ourselves. We would probably do a lot better than the stupid company that installed it in the first place.

If you have any experience with this let me know. We could use some assistance.
