Alert | I know the feeling. I can say that we use every means that is available to us to collect the debts. We place liens and get judgements.
The rough part is the investors that are losing the houses that just don't pay them. The only thing in our favor is that after the bank takes over then the bank has to pay the fees since they are the legal owners. | |

Alert | Spending 10's of thousands of dollars just to make the grass green for 3 or 4 months didn't seem like a wise thing to do with our money. I don't honestly think that any of the communities here in Maricopa did over seeding throughout their entire community. I know of a couple that did just a few areas.
We live in a the smallest community of Maricopa but have to pay all the same bills that the bigger ones do. Not as many since we don't have a pool or a club house but still have all the other things that need to be paid. Like the gardener, exterminator, electric bill, water bill so on and so on.
The problem is when we get homeowners that don't pay their dues it takes a lower number of homeowners not paying to make it hurt.
How many homes around you are empty? How many homes around you are up for sale? The number wouldn't hurt a bigger community as bad but here it does hurt. The good thing is that things are getting better each month. So there is light at the end of the tunnel. | |
