Who is reasonable? Do you mean responsible? I would think the home owner and if it's never been sold, the builder or lender that holds the deed. Check the address on the Pinal County Auditors site to find out who owns it.

It honestly depends on the status of the ownership of the home. Send me a PM as to which house your talking about.

Some of the actually look vacant but really are not. That is one thing that I am trying to change. We should meet our neighborhood. This will allow us to help protect each other. But that's another topic.

Maybe, reasonable is the word. Did you mean who charges a reasonable price to clean up? I'm not sure I would go there without permission. Afterall, it's private property.

My answer is "NO" to Q#5 and Q#1.

The rich ruleth over the poor and the borrower is servant to the lender.

Very true that it is private property but the HOA does have recourses that it can take to get it cleaned up. We've done a couple in our community already.

You mean the Pinal County Assessor site don't you?
It can be found at:

We had to move out of our home and relocate for a job but we hired a company that maintains our yard for us while it is for sale so you can't complain about our lot.

twostep23, very interested in the recourse to get homes cleaned up. Can you explain how to go about this? Would like to see it happen by my house.
