So I understand that if we have junk, trash, weeds ...we should take care of it, BUT we just got a letter that our trees and bushes needs to be trimmed down.
( Actually I like that it is nice a bushy cause it hides the hidious electrical thing on the front yard and GIVES MORE privacy.)

ALso: HOW ABOUT THE HOA cleaning their weeds, bushes from some of the common area what I can see when we go for our walk????
WHEN WILL THAT HAPPEN????

I am sooooo disappointed that they point fingers to our hms, BUT the thing they need to do it is not done<img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/sad.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Sad' align='absmiddle'>

Sorry, I jsut needed to vent <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>

There have been complaints from homeowners about trimming the trees. It is also good for the trees to be trimmed. It spurs new growth that will help the trees become stronger to withstand the monsoon storms that we have.

If you EVER see any weeds that are on common grounds please let me know. I will address your concern with the landscapers to ensure that they are taken care of immediately.

Please let me know where these weeds are that you are talking about so that I can address it with them.

Got it.....sad to report that the area that your talking about are homeowners property. We are currently working with the city to have the last two problematic areas corrected.

We're almost there. <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>

I got a letter from the HOA about temporary window coverings (which I do not have in my home) and in the process of calling about the letter I found out Barbara Simser is no longer working for AAM. The person who finally called me back after a week of calling didn't know anything. The letter also took two weeks to get to me because it was sent to the wrong address. What a mess. It seems like I get a letter about something or other every October or November. I can't figure out how I will know whether this last letter is resolved?? This seems so disorganized.

I'm not sure who "senior member" is that your directing your question but I can answer that question by advising all that information is available on the desertcedarshoa.com website.

Duh? You sign your posts "Senior Member" so obviously that would be you. Does the Senior part mean you are relatively aged, or are you trying to imply that you have some type of seniority?

Dear Senior Member,
Just checked the desertcedarshoa.com website and couldn't find anything with financial data. Please give us specific instructions on how to find it. Thanks.

That isn't a signature line it is a comment line. It reflects our previously life on the old web site.

As for the financial data it is under the "document center" under "board room". This information is also handed out at all meetings with the agenda's.

Twostep - Do you know who is taking over for Barbara Simser? I want to make sure the problem with my non-existent temporary window coverings is resolved since I was told I would get a call back and it has been about a month now. The answer is not on the HOA website.
