That doesn't sound negative at all.  Who is on those commitees?  They are perfectly welcome to come to the meeting to give us the information we're looking for.  Actually, they sound like the perfect resources to get us off of the ground.  Is there anywhere they report what they're doing on those committees?  We'd probably all be interested to hear what they've learned or any short-comings they've encountered.  Plus, if we can look at the processes and protocols they have to follow, it might give us a better idea of what things we should be focused on to get effective results.

I have the 2008 Budget...so, I shall bring...actually, if there are a few copies available to circulate &  share so we can all review the material while having our meeting that would be a plus.

My husband and I are looking forward to a successful meeting. We are hoping to get some insight with this meeting--I don't think it will be chaotic--let's keep the meeting focused/give each other the courtesy to speak and be heard--lets put a time limit on it..1 hour MAX.
