Anyone know the status of Phase 2? I know they said that we wont have a HOA board until around 75% of Tortosa is done but what happens if they stop building? I havent noticed any working lately.

pizza...i dont know about phase two but on my street (barcelona ln) they are working on about 4-5 homes
