Wouldnt it be easier to go and talk to that individual in person, rather than calling them out on the message board? If you've already tried that, then have you contacted the HOA as well? If all else fails, then maybe. But I just cant see calling someone out by their address on here for all to see.

I'm thinking I must be lucky because I don't see that much on my street. Are there some areas around Tortosa that are just out of control?

I know the street behind me has some houses for sale and those yards get bad sometimes.

I just dont understand why people let their yards get this way. It only takes a few minutes to take care of the weeds.
