Alert | In Tortosa we are having problems with our HOA that hasn't been turned over to the home owners yet. They are uping our already high HOA fees for unreasonalbe charges to the budget. does anyone know how we can fight this. We would love the help Thanks

Alert | | Did you post in general? It might get a better response there. . . it is a good question to ask. Please answer if you have answers - we really do need help.

Alert | Unfortunately the HOA has not been turned over to the homeowners yet therefore the decision are all made by the builders. They still have to live up to the CC&R's but remember that there are not enough homeowners yet to make the quorum so they have 100% total control.
I can tell you that they wouldn't raise the rates unless they needed it to maintain things. | | Senior Member Posts: 4625 Joined: Feb 2006
