Alert | | My husband went over the assessment letter and what an eye opener. What do we need fuel for a generator for? Shouldn't fountain repairs be under warranty. Can't remember what it was but something for $9000 that should basically be self contained. Just ridiculous. We will try to be there.

Alert | It has been suggested to me that we should make up flyers and ibreak HOA rules by hanging them on the mail boxs to make certain people know about the mtg. If anyone does this, please remember to take them down following the mtg on Saturday

Why take them down? They don't enforce any rules and just take your money. What makes you think the HOA will enforce rules this time?

Alert | | not sure what our compliance is on paying our HOA fees but i was reading through another communities postings and according to one of their board members....he estimates that nearly 25% of the people are not paying their dues....thats pretty sad... | | *formerly known as inyrfce2* Senior Member Posts: 797 Joined: Dec 2006

Alert | | Why are those girls even here? To pass along our questions to people in Scottsdale? I'd rather not have them here. They do no good as far as i can see.

Alert | | they're here because when the old company was kicked out it was because they weren't addressing any issues, people couldn't get calls back... there was basically no communication. So when this new company came in these 2 gals came long. I'm sure there's gotta be a company willing to communicate without having 2 gals on staff.

Alert | Well, they're still not addressing any issues. Have they driven around the neighborhood lately? Just drive to Savano. Cars on blocks that haven't moved for months, overgrown weeds and grass, people STILL parking in their yards...the list is getting much longer. I'm no snob but even cheaper and worse HOAs enforce SOME rules. It angers me every time I walk my dog or ride bikes with my kids.
If they actually did their job, i would not have a problem with them being there. But, they don't and we still pay for it! Doesn't this anger anyone else? Are they waiting for us to come after them in a group with torches and pitch forks?

Alert | | Can we use this site to report any infractions? That would be great. Maybe even a place to post pictures of it. Since the HOA doesn't enforce it, why can't we?

Alert | Its definatly annoying. I moved here from RED and I believe my HOA fees were around 40$ a month. I'd be willing to bet if we did some research we have the highest HOA fees and the worst looking development. | | Pizzaking Wasnt a member 0 posts
