 Alert | We are HUGE fans of Poker. We just moved here and we don't know a soul minus a few coworkers. I was wondering if anyone here in Tortosa ever gets a home game going? Or would anyone be interested in a home game? I think it'd be a fun way to get to know some people, have some fun, hang out. I know there are casinos around here, but we both work at casinos. I can't play at mine and he doesn't like to play at his so if we want to go to a casino we have to drive all the way up to CA or the Fort. That's fine once in a while, but on most occassions we don't feel like going that far. Anyway, just curious to see if anyone presently does home games and might want a couple other players or if anyone would be interested in getting one going sometime. Thoughts?

Alert | | Yeah, we actually went once to Ramsey's when it was open. I didn't care for the free bar poker. You get a ton of people who have no idea what they are doing and most people are there for the alcohol. Not big on the bar scene. Haven't checked out the scene at Native yet, I have heard about it though. I am a little more interested in home games. | | | |
