Does our Water Fountain recycle the water it uses or does it use new water?

I've wondered this because:
1)The fountain is mostly off, so I wonder if they are saving water.
2)The design of the fountain doesn't look like it recycles water.

Maybe that's why our HOA fees are so high.

maybe they should tap into the blue lagoon across from the sniper tower and run that thing dry and give us a fountain that works at least for s short time

IT's been on for 2 days mid-morning when I left, and off when I came home in the late afternoon/early evening. Whats up with that?

Ive been here since April, the fountain has been hit and miss (mostly miss) for that time. I cant understand why they wouldnt have it going in full glory every saturday and sunday atleast. That is when most people come to check out the community for home buying considerations. But I guess whoever decides on the fountain doesnt care.

went to Sunrise Cafe at 10:30 this morning, came home at noon. No fountain either way. Are you sure you guys saw it on. This is riduculous the way they control the features of the community. Turn on the fountain for crying out loud.

I definately saw it on when I went to Fry's ( about 9:30 and when I came home). How would someone be able to turn it on and off so quickly. Is it on a sensor of some kind?

I surely hope our fee's do not go up in the future...Heck, Darin and I went to see the new homes being sold by Ryland ay Rancho Mirage and their HOA fees are $80.. Only a $10 difference and their grounds are so much nicer.. Nice greenbelts, basketball court, etc. That seems worth the money.

It better not go up. They do so little for us. Looking at Rancho Mirage and then looking at Tortosa makes me feel sad. It looks immaculate over there while our sniper tower still isn't even finished.

Kinda funny they could build a school faster than a tower thingy.

Yeah, pretty sad. The fountain kinda sucks anyway. It's just boring. I'm hoping when they finish the tower........wait, IF they finish the tower, it actually turns out as nice as the picture, because that fountain is just boring and plain. Wish they had added more to it, or just done something else with the roundabout since they don't run the water anyway.
