Alert | | Does anyone else using MBB have issues when trying to connect? I consistently get "page cannot be displayed" popping up and have to restart the computer to get it to clear so I can log onto the internet. Anyone else? | | *formerly known as inyrfce2* Senior Member Posts: 797 Joined: Dec 2006

Alert | | Sounds like a problem with your Network Adapter. Although it could be a problem on MBBs end if you have to restart your computer to get it working and not do anything with your cable modem it is most likely a problem with your equiptment. I have been problem free the whole time I had them. I'm sure they could send someone out to take a look at it for you?

Alert | | We have no problems either, only 1 day we had an outage on the internet, but other than that, no problems and it's actually quite fast...especially since we used to be a dial up family, nice to be on the cable connection.

Alert | We are consistently slow, especially during high-use times. We have had our end checked which is fine, and nothing has happened on their end. Last we heard there is a saturation problem. . .
My husband took some survey and told registered his complaint they called last week and said they would be calling again because my husband had brought up if he is getting what he is paying for - he shouldn't be getting charged. Not sure what will happen.

Alert | Tortosa guy...
I've had the same problem with my desktop giving the same error message...I do have a laptop that has a wireless router and thats the only PC that is working lately. Whats odd is my router is linked with MBB! I cant seem to get on with MBB with my desk top, tho. | | "...you knew that before you came here"- The 85239.com's stupid answer to every comment"
