Alert | OK so what did I tell you all along..... I said they are nice gals and to give them a shot right???They have a reputation of doing this quite often so wait to see what they have in store for the future.

I don't think any of us really have a problem with the HOA, we have a problem with the sniper tower never being finished (and yes yes yes, we know... they're supposedly waiting on global and ED3...) | | | |

I agree. It would be nice to get these fees lower and if one way to do it is scaling down the parties that works for me.

Alert | Some subdivisions have pools. I for one would like an occasional fun party/get together, so we have SOMETHING fun with the dues we're paying. We have literally NOTHING here (which was fine when we signed the contract and was told the HOA would be $40 a month... I was NOT HAPPY when it turned out to be $70).
So keep the parties going. I'll be there, living it up with all my glorious HOA payments

Alert | | The party was fun but Im kinda upset that, we get a letter when our trash is out for an extra day but did you see the porta potties and trash. The potties were there until Sunday and the trash well is still there, its actually made it down to the parking lot.. who do i complain to about that??/ | | | |
