Alert | | i noticed that too charlene....the one with the pool has also come down in price...like 22K...i believe it was 221K when it first became a spec....now its 199K....also lot 25 is a new spec on the list...before it was lot 24....thats sad too...because i remember seeing the young couple looking at their lot 25 when it was just at the stage where they were doing the tension wires for the slab...and that was the first and only time ive seen them...guess i know why now...=( | |

Alert | Hey guys! We finally have a new neighbor. The house across our's and Val's is inhabited now, after like a year of being vacant. Hopefully, Charlene, you wont have cars parked in the roadway in front of your house. In addition to your next door neighbor's car.

Alert | We saw her during her final walk thru with the blue tape and then saw the family moving over the weekend. Hopefully will be a nice, friendly neighbor.
Personally, I am loving having a strange car parked in front of our house every weekend. Nothing beats coming home from work or shopping than seeing several cars parked in front of your house.
yeah, I am hoping they will finally stop their weekend parties. They only know Spanish, so I can't go over and tell them to shut up...outside partying till 2am on a saturday, granted, it's the weekend, but still, that's just crazy! | | | |
