Putting the facts together: 10:55 - pass ambulance at 'the shops' headed east on Honeycutt. 11:10 pass fire truck headed South on Costa Del Sol. 11:12 notice I am following Animal Control into Savano 11:13 watch Animal Control pull up and a police officer walk across the street to talk to 'them'. Arrive home 11:45 drive past the scene. Notice a family getting into their car. The woman's arm is bandaged (looks professional), She holding her arm out as if it is a new wound. . . This is all I know, but with what I saw, I'm guessing something went down with an animal. What I don't know is if it was a wild animal (guessing not) a domesticated pet owned by the injured, or someone's loose pet. . . I'd love to learn more is anyone knows anything. I'm hoping the poor woman is doing OK. It wasn't a huge bandage (below elbow - not real thick) Share if you know more. . .

I'd definitely like to see more dogs on leashes in Tortosa that's for sure! I see a white bulldog out all the time w/ no leash, no owner by it nothing!!! friendly to the owners or not. Put your dog on a leash please : )

Definatly. I dont want to be that person that takes a dog down thinking its a threat to my child only to find out it only looks like its mean. Put em on a leash plz. I love dogs but I know enuf about em that they can harm children badly and If I have never seen your dog I am going to assume it is aggresive before I assume its friendly. If you dont have your dog on a leash ANYTHING that happens is your responsability. Hope that didnt sound bad. I just had a bad experience with a stray some time ago.

there is a nasty little chihuahua with a broken front leg here in barcelona that chases after you and gets very close....having two little ones if it gets any closer then it already does its going to meet a 5 iron or a baseball bat to the head

Considering the high number of Pit Bulls down here I would venture to say that is a good possibility. I don't know why anyone would keep those dogs around kids?! There is an aggressive dog in our neighborhood that even goes after people when it's on a leash! it's a pit bull. I hope this lady who got attacked by who knows what is ok!
