Who do you speak to if you want to have your mailbox rekeyed in Tortosa?  Thanks for any info!

We picked our key up at the post office. I assume they would take care of it

Once the post office provides you with the original keys, thay have no more. The mail box is yours from that point on. You need to call a locksmith and have it re-keyed.

We had a similar problem...the owner couldn't find the key..post office told us they do not own the mailboxes and couldn't help us with keys but they would hold our mail at the post office for us....so we went to the builder DRHorton and spoke to the sales guy..he said the keys are handed over at closing...but they did give us the name of the mailbox company..we called them they wanted around $50.00 to $75.00 to change the lock...fortunately the owner of our house finally found the keys. I looked for the info for you but I can't find it now.

Long story short try going to see the builder of your house and ask them for the phone number for the mailbox company..
