Anyone else notice but the HD channels are no longer included in our cable yet they are still charging the same rate? I was a big fan of MBB but now I'm not. They said they sent a letter in February stating the change but I honestly got nothing...unless it's on the bill. I would imagine if the service is reduced, so should the price be reduced. Boo on you MBB, you blew it. I'm moving to satellite. Edit: spoke to the customer service rep. she said they said it wasn't a permanent deal. I understand it's their right but man, they're losing my business for 5 bucks a month. We know they're not getting many new customers, i would imagine they'd do what they could to keep their existing customer base. This just turned me off. |
