What does it matter who's who and if you know who in the who in the who is? (follow that?) Either you DO or you DON'T do block watch. A fairly simple question really. I think it's pretty CHEAP that the HOA donated $1500 for bike patrols. If you think about it (I know that may be hard for some of you, but please try), $1500 for an actual "arrest-you-and-take-you-to-jail-police-officer" (as opposed to the "yell-at-you-until-I-annoy-you" rent-a-cop) patrolling the Villages even OCCASIONALLY, is a BARGAIN (the going rate for rent-a-cops from a reputable, licensed security Co. is $20+/hr). If you cannot see the security and bargain in that, you are probably beyond mental help.
