Just read your posts and you'll realize it's not "rocket science" that I don't want YOU to have ANYTHING to do with ANY of MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. I don't care if the board will eventually maintain and run the site. YOU will be the one who has to initially set it up and will need access to information I, personally, don't want (OR AUTHORIZED) you to have.

And your wrong, my information is NOT listed in the current Villages website directory. It's VOLUNTARY.

Like I said before, we need an OUTSIDE COMPANY that has an established CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT. Not a local-yokel who has a vendetta and an attitude problem.

Apparently, the word for a male rooster is offensive.
So fill in the blank.. ____ -a-doodle-do.

I was one of those tenants that had my owners to pony up the dough. They were more than $1000 delinquent in their HOA fees! We weren't able to access the parks and the pool so I told them - it was in my lease for me to have access to those amenities. If they weren't going to keep up their part of the lease I was out. I gave them one month to get it taken care of. It took them exactly a month to clear it up. We were getting warnings that a lien had been put on the house and everything. I can't wait to get out of this house - December 15th the lease is up and I'm moving.

~*~ Friends are God's way of apologizing to us for our families. ~*~

Like Kimberly said, it is illegal to disclose account info to the general public. Our aasoc. has had the same problem also. We had to borrow from our reserves to pay the 3rd quarter bills. State law and your CCRs provide how the issue can be resolved, leins, fines, etc. Our assoc. attorney filed all the paperwork on the delinquent homeowners, but being an unsecured creditor, the assoc. was last in line for payment after the bank sale of the foreclosure. We have recouped some of the money, but not all of it. The people to blame here are the builders and mortgage companies for putting people in houses they could not afford! Now that the banks are in possesion of the properties, the dues are being paid again. Luckily, our assoc. has a good reserve built.
