 Alert | I went out today and checked it out. Its 110+ and the equipment was not hot enough to the touch, to keep anyone from using it.

Alert | Not that it will do any good to argue, so I won't. But I've taken my 18 mo old baby over there at 9am this summer, and it was too hot for her to slide.
There may be lots of things that HOA money is "wasted" on, but I, personally, don't think this is one of them. Providing, of course, that they do their homework, get several bids, and make a purchase that makes sense. | |
