Just Wanted To Comment On How Impressed I Am With The VRED Dirt Dunes And The Pick-Up Truck Bed That Recently Got Dumped Out There. Between That And The Never Ending Stream Of Shopping Carts Getting Left By Walls, You Have A Very Nice Community!!

I agree with you .. That dirt lot was suppose to be something.. I wonder who get's the notices from the HOA for the dirt lot?

Shopping carts are all over the place. I guess they are in a Migration pattern from the parking lot. Very ghetto!

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

I believe that parcel of land is where the Villages elementary school will be built. I think it is suppose to start construction sometime in the next couple of months.

A few months back there were several kids racing dirtbikes (motorcycles) on the hills & stirring up
horrible dust. We call Pinal Co. Sheriff office to see if they could stop them, but they said it was private property & they could ride on it unless the owner told them no.

So, if it is suppose to be a school, the city problem holds deed to the parcel of land by now.
But, yes, it is becoming quite an eyesore--- weeds, junk, and the pickup bed.! It is beginning to look like a city landfill.!

According to the Sheriff's reply about the dirt bikes you can take as much dirt you wan't as long as the owner doesn't see you.

It's owned by Maricopa Unified School District. Give the district office a call on Monday to see what can be done.

Construction should be starting soon if the school that's going on that parcel is to be completed for use next year.

Isn't there a yard somewhere that you should be working on? Or at least observing the work (or lack of work)???
