this article makes sense....but of interest to me was the paragraph below....specifically the line that describes assessments "depending on amenities"...and we all know Tortosa does not abide by that...we are one of the most expensive in Maricopa with one that has some of the fewest amenities


"Aggravating the problem is the slow reality of foreclosures: The process takes months, and during that time, monthly HOA assessments that can range from $20 to more than $200, depending on amenities, aren't being paid."

Mounths for us would be 300-500 in charges racked up not 20-200 once again our fees seem high
