02/24/2008 7:52 PM Alert

I came to Arizona about a year ago.  Prior to coming here, I've had a few sinus infections, not many.  Since I moved here, I've had sinus problems almost non stop.  Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone else have any ideas how to help other than antibiotics?

I've had the same thing happen to me. The only thing that SOMEWHAT helps is Flonase, some claratin, and a saline nasal spray. My eyes are always bugging me too.

I developed asthma after moving here. My allergies can be terrible too.
I started to take a tablespoon of natural honey I found at a local plant nursery. My allergies and sinus issues have calmed down, and after 8 years the asthma is gone.

I have the worst allergies while living in AZ. I am allergic to just about every tree and grass grown here. Not to mention dust. My allergist recommends doing nasal rinses. They work wonders. A little difficult to get accustomed to, but well worth it.
