 Alert | I came to Arizona about a year ago. Prior to coming here, I've had a few sinus infections, not many. Since I moved here, I've had sinus problems almost non stop. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone else have any ideas how to help other than antibiotics? | |

Alert | | I've had the same thing happen to me. The only thing that SOMEWHAT helps is Flonase,some claratin, and a saline nasal spray. My eyes are always bugging me too. | |

I started to take a tablespoon of natural honey I found at a local plant nursery. My allergies and sinus issues have calmed down, and after 8 years the asthma is gone.

Alert | | I have the worst allergies while living in AZ. I am allergic to just about every tree and grass grown here. Not to mention dust. My allergist recommends doing nasal rinses. They work wonders. A little difficult to get accustomed to, but well worth it. | | | |
