I have made this suggestion once before and would love for it to come into play.  We need to start a yard of the month for each section of Alterra for North and South.  The winner each month gets to have a nice pic of their house displaying a tasteful Alterra Yard of the Month sign and posted on our HOA Website.  For the holidays Christmas, Easter, Halloween, have again two different winners and they get a gift card to Home Depot or Lowes for home improvements!!  I implemented this while serving on the board in one of my old neighborhoods I once lived in.  What do ya'll think? :0
