Male Border Collie mix found (possibly dumped) on Russell Rd just off Maricopa/Casa Grande Hwy this morning.  He had a chain on his neck that had been there so long it was growing into him.  He appears to be very friendly.  The lady who found him can't keep him as she already has a dozen of her own.  He doesn't seem to be aggressive towards her dogs but some them are not too fond of him so she needs to find a home or a foster ASAP.  I will post more info/pics as I get it.  If interested call 520-233-2374...thx!!!
