We were driving down 347 today around 12:40 and there was a blue Matrix that was driving down the center lane, in the left lane, in the right lane, off the road, driving people off the road etc.... So I call 911 to report this guy so they can get him off the road. It was around mile marker 182 headed towards I-10 when I first called. Anyway, 911 transfered me to DPS first. I gave them the story and my call was dropped. Then I called back  and they transfered me to the Reservation police. After I told them the story, they asked where I was and by now we were about 3 miles from I-10. They said to call back once I figured out where they where going, either straight on QC or East or West on I-10. So I called back and they said they would have to transfer me to the Reservation police because I was on reservation land between Price and I-10 on QC. Then they told me they were tranfering me to Chandler police. By now, we were at Price and QC and this guy had already run at least 8 folks off the road. At this point the guy turned left on Price and I was left on hold by the Chandler police. What an exercise in futility! I hope this guy didn't hurt anyone. Too bad it is such a boondoggle trying to get help thru 911.
