Alert | | I have always noticed that a competent business person will find out the details of a problem that a customer is experiencing, do what they can to correct it, and then verify with the customer that the situation has been resolved. I have also noted that INCOMPETENT business people degrade, insult, and turn the situation on the customer. Regardless of whether or not you were sarcastic, if he was at all minimally competent to begin with, the situation would have been correct months ago. Instead, you are treated as if you made the mistake. The only mistake would be to keep your business with him. I would call other insurance companies and take the business totally away, if they are able to provide equivelent rates. Incompetence should not be rewarded, and it seems that you are on the right track in changing your business. Alert | did you evern think that you being rude in the 1st place may have set the tone for the conversation. you said you were rude the the person on the other end of the phone and that started the call. and if youd appolized for being rude maybe you wouldnt have the person at the other ind being rude back. i know people in business for them selves and once in awhile someone has a problem and no matter what they do or how many times they fix the problem it happens again. somthing goes wrong. but you send the letters came from the dmv not the agent. so maybe after you got the letter from the dmv you should have taken responsiblity for you own vehicles and went down there yourself or called them, from what i know an agent notifing themselfes is a courtesy not thier responsibility by law it is your resopnsibility. if youre unhappy move on but you shouldnt be trying to make something more than is - in life not all people can be made happy. take responsiblity for yourself mari | | | |

Alert | with all the on-line insurance companies that are economical like Progressive, Geico, I cannot figure out why a person needs an independent agent. Eliminating the middle man saves money. eg..insurance for my motorcycle thru a Progressive agent was 300 a year and on line I got same Prog. ins for 96 a year. | | Brains, nerve and beauty all in one package! A win win for the Republicans!

Geico couldn't come close to the rate or level of service i get on claims. Try processing a claim thru any online insurance company...total pain in the posterior. | | | |

I am very upest at the way this is going. You can tell by the what he is writing what kind of person he is. This is unbeliveable to me. Using my last name, saying I am lying and threating an attorney. This is a forum to exchange information. I would want to know all the facts before changing insurance. If you are the fastest leading company then one person would not be a problem for your business. Good luck I don't know either of you, but... WHAT did you expect?? Alert | So glad I have always chose to use one of the best companies out there. Was at one long enough that even Geico and Progressive couldn't touch the rates.
Now with one considered one of the very best and insurance people just shut up when I mention who I am with. They know they can't touch them in servcie or price.
Remember one important thing: You get what you pay for. If you want cheap insurance that is exactly what you get. The good companies are a little more at first but it pays off after a while just like a good investment. | | "The jouney of life is as much in oneself' as the roads one travels"
