Thats what insurance is for and he was in the wrong.  

Yes, Rich, But I would rather pay my insurance for 30 years and never have to use it.  I have been guilty of the expression.  "Go ahead Idiot!" "I have insurance" yet we have been involved in 2 major accidents, (other driver cited,) yet THEY had NO insurance.  Both times our insurance went up because we had to put a claim in on our "uninsured" part of our policy.

Neither guilty driver ever payed a damn penny.  Subrogation was impossible for they had NOTHING my insurance co could go after.

We have to be defensive. Cause they are the idiots, and we are going to be the ones put out.  They will just go out and buy another junkered, not insure it, and be right back on the road.

The uppity drivers that do have insurance and drive nice vehicles are a different issue.  I'm still going to heed to their errogants, and give them the road, but I can guarantee you that one day, they are going to screw up, and I will be driving a nicer vehicle than them!  Can you say CARMA?  or is that KARMA?

Ouch!  Granny5x just got her feelings hurt.  Guess I better look into that. Thanks for the question.  I would hate get out on the 347 and find out I have no coverage!  That would be very very bad.

Granny5x, You forgot about the idiots that are in the middle lane and go straight as well, nearly running us in the right lane off the road because they dont understand that if the lanes are shifted on the overpass, that they are also shifted immediately after the overpass!!! I know theres no signs, but cant they read between the lines.....or atleast drive between the lines??

Judging by the fact that they have to put up "Traffic Control Change Ahead" signs when they install a huge black traffic light with no less than two brightly lit traffic lights, I'd say that no, they can't. If they can't figure out that there is a traffic light in front of them without additional signage then how are they going to figure out a few readjusted stripes?
