My husband and I are renting out our beautiful house in the villages in order for us to move closer in due to health issues... if you know of anyone interested... we have a 3 bed plus den 2 bath corner lot- 1650 sq ft...  spacious kitchen w. breakfast bar, spacious master br.  We have an apartment for june 1st and really need to rent this as soon as possible.  We have a realtor helping us and we're asking 925 with 25dollar incentive for ontime pay.

We're a walk to all the ammenities of the villages and all appliances are included in the rent.
