Alert | Just curious if anyone has an idea what vacant land with HWY84 frontage is selling for. 10+ Please understand this is not an attempt to solicite (sp) a buyer, just interested in where the current Real Estate market is for vacant land, just like folks wanting to know about forcloseures, and short sale stuff. | | "Your future is a rainbow of beautiful memories when you hold a dream in your heart"

Alert | I think a dairy bought theirs for about $63,000 per acre a few years back. There's someone selling some now west of Stanfield along 84 claiming there was a recent sale for $100,000 per acre. They are asking $59,891 per acre. Another parcel is asking $49,000 per acre. I think Table Top RV sold for $1.275 million in 2005 but that included buildings and 13.18 acres.
Hope that helps. | | | |

Alert | mrwonderful- your border lines puzzle me. How can 1400 foot of hwy 84 intersect with 1100 foot of Meadowview? Both run East/West and about 1/2 mile apart from each other. Your 8.69 acres can't possibly cover that area, can it? If it does, how long have you been trying to sell?

Alert | Meadowview intersects with Hwy 84 just east of SR 347. If you go to maps.google.com you can zoom in and see. About 13 years or so ago, you could use Meadowview to enter Hwy 84. I think it's closed off now. :-)

Alert | Rex, we have lived out here for 25 years. We could many years ago drive our water truck across hwy84, (east of 347) and come out to the well of Maricopa Mountain Water Company of which we are members of. That has not been possible for 20 years or more. Meadowview is NOT a through road to hwy 84. I don't care what maps.google.com shows. Come out and drive it. You will see! In fact, Meadowview at one point in time many years ago was the old Meadow Drive, or Meadow Lane, but it has not always been Meadowview. So the google maps have got to be older than 25 years. You must be the loneliest person on the forum. Yes, you nailed it on the head,Granny5x! I am very lonely and I sometimes feel that if I can't live without being on 85239.com. I haven't gone out of my house in about 5 months. I'm afraid people will laugh at me for some unknown reason. Maybe it's because I wear my wife's clothes when she's gone? Or that I dance around nude with mayonaisse and peanut butter all over my body? What's a lonley liberal to do in a town full of conservative cowboys? So, i'm willing to purchase someone's life. Please PM me with any offers. I can also trade all my PC Gamer magazines for it. Best, D72 | | "Everything for everyone and nothing for ourselves"

Alert | I think there were a lot of Hidden Valley Roads. Amarillo Valley Rd used to also be called Hidden Valley Rd. Rio Bravo (off of SR 238) used to be called Hidden Valley as well. The auto recycling place named themselves after Hidden Valley Rd then the county changed the name to Rio Bravo Rd. Bummer.
Wildwood used to be Mesquite Rd. Whirley Bird used to be Yucca. I think Fresno Rd used to be Early Rd. Good luck with the sale and good luck with the guitar pickin' & grinnin'. :-)

Alert | Well for all you lost real estate tycoons, Meadowview crosses 347 approximately 1000 ft to the north of 84 hiway. I guess the best landmark would be the new county maintnance building at the very end of Meadowview. .I have no other way to discribe the property, The road is angled do to the realignment of 84 in the late 60's, the old 84 is still visible on the land.
