Alert | Bad experience tonight (Sunday) at KFC. Has anyone ever ordered a wing dinner at KFC? It consist of (4 wings, a biscuit and two small side orders). The manager on the night shift, (Sunday Feb.10,2008) rudely try to inform me that he has been working at KFC for two years and they did not have such a menu. When I inform him that he was being rude with me, he told me that he did not want my business. I am 62 yrs. and have never been treated in this manner before. Does any one know how I can contact the owner? Thank you | | | |

Alert | You can either go back during the day and talk to the manager or get the phone number off the sticker at the drive thru and call it. Used to work at KFC;;one of the chicken pluckers Menus do vary from month to month Also, franchise stores as opposed to corporate stores may not participate in the same menu offering and there is usually a disclaimer in any add so stating. nevertheless, its a shame they get a bad name here. | | What me worry?

Alert | I guess I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "wing dinner..." as they have a bunch of combos that you could pick and choose from consisting of chicken dinner selections. You could also ask to have all wings other than thighs/drumsticks etc. I've eaten there once or twice with my wife before.....just something quick and easy and we've never been treated poorly by their staff. I'd say a good majority of them just as most fast food places in Maricopa have the youth running the place, a lot of them seem to be okay.
I'm sure what happened to you, does not happen all the time, but I know it comes every so often when you go for fast food. Just one of the un-perks about it, go on....live your life and forget about it. If you go there again, and the same thing happens....it's either a trend with them or you might step back and question yourself....is kfc for you? (-; | | | |

Alert | | I went there last week and was going through the drive-thru. I wanted to order some corn, and the menu price said $2.99. I was informed that the price was $3.49. So I told them no thanks. When I got to the window I asked them why they would not honor the posted price. The manager told me that he was running around like crazy and did not have the chance to change the outside menu. He said the price was $3.49. When I said that it just seemed wrong, he then mentioned, "it doesn't matter. We are out of corn." It pissed me off that they were willing to sell me corn at a higher price, but when confronted with the discrepancy on the menu, he coveniently says that he is out. I called the customer hotline and explained what happed, and asked if I was wrong. The person on the other end of the line was extremely apologetic and said that it never should have happened. I gave them all the information off my receipt, including store number, time I was there, etc. It will be interesting to see if anything happens. | | | |
