The Pinal county Sheriff took them. The HOA should have at least donated them to the Maricopa Police.

It figures, The Board of the associaiton has no idea what is going on,and the manager is as bad as the prior one, no idea at all just interested in keeping her firm as the management firm. I can't believe you all haven't recalled this association and removed the management firm. I used to live in your associaiton and recently moved out, It is so funny to read still that not a thing has changed, and as I have said since day one not a thing ever will in Maricopa.

one more reason for everyone to start a town wide class action suit against all the HOA's..
there are soooo many things they do not do right from step one, they would never survive the lawsuit and we could be free of them... someone should do a free consultation with a lawyer and see if they would take it on pro bono... all the press the event would get would be more than anything they could even think to charge to take the case....

Now that is funny.

I am still waiting for the fountains to get fixed!! They raised our payments and we have nothing to show for it.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

we have a christmas tree in the front yard of a neighbor that has been there since dec 28th that our wonderful HOA has done nothing about. People park on the street, the grass looks like *&^% and all the dead plants, but they raised the HOA dues to pay for the bikes I guess???????????Pam needs to get off her behind and do something around here. she will not even pick up the phone to call people who are behind in their HOA dues to get payment or to see where they moved to when the mail gets returned. she said it is not her job. WHAT exactly is her job? enforcement of the HOA rule is not it............

Yes, what is the 'manager' scope of work/job description?

I think it starts with cashing HOA checks and ends with coming up with ways to spend all that money.

well, I get back into town and part one of the Dursty-duo again spreads false info, yet again.

in case you were wondering, all-knowing Lady Dursty, Dave K hasn't been the Treasurer since late last year. You might have known that if you actually kept yourself informed. Hell, I've been out of town and know more about my community.

Apparently, the word for a male rooster is offensive.

I saw a Pinal county sheriff's cruiser with a bicycle carrier and bike on the trunk driving through VRED last night.

They're around.
