I can't believe you all haven't recalled this association and removed the management firm. Alert | one more reason for everyone to start a town wide class action suit against all the HOA's..
there are soooo many things they do not do right from step one, they would never survive the lawsuit and we could be free of them... someone should do a free consultation with a lawyer and see if they would take it on pro bono... all the press the event would get would be more than anything they could even think to charge to take the case.... | | | |

I am still waiting for the fountains to get fixed!! They raised our payments and we have nothing to show for it.

People park on the street, the grass looks like *&^% and all the dead plants, but they raised the HOA dues to pay for the bikes I guess???????????Pam needs to get off her behind and do something around here. she will not even pick up the phone to call people who are behind in their HOA dues to get payment or to see where they moved to when the mail gets returned. she said it is not her job. WHAT exactly is her job? enforcement of the HOA rule is not it............ | |
