Due to the fact that several Maricopa resident's can't wait in line to get on I-10 in the morning, I've come to the decision that I'm going to buy a brushguard for my 5500lb SUV. I'm tired of trying to drive over I-10 East and having to slam on my brakes so that a car can cut in line and turn onto the freeway. I figure since several of you(White Cadillac with CA plates, purple PT Cruiser, and the blue Jeep Liberty) constantly do this, I'll just push you east with me since I shouldn't have to slam on my brakes so you can cut in line instead of leaving your house 5-8mns earlier. I'll probably have to do some modifications because I really don't want any body damage on my vehicle!!

END OF RANT!!

Drummer-

Don't hate the gun...hate the shooter.

It isn't the guns fault people abuse it.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

I admit. I have done that jumping ahead of traffice ONCE.

It was foggy, so I didn't want to turn left onto old Maricopa Rd. I decided to go straight. I generally drive in the right lane...the slow traffic thing. I had NO idea the road would be backed up that far. I continued to drive, knowing that no one would let me in. I felt horrible doing it, but that is the last time I took that way. So, sorry people. I did it, I learned my lesson, I won't be doing that again.

Sorry.

Yah that's a joke. I think he may be safe, given the 2-3 times per year they actually write tickets. The odds are on his side.

funny how the people who are responsible and own guns don't think like drummer,

but drummer cites that in this situation he is pro-gun, the exact reasoning why liberal whack jobs and paranoid left wingers believe how all gun people think in this situation.

Oh the irony

Jason-- I'll gladly take my ticket if issued one. The only thing I they could get me for is 28-701A, but there are several violations they could be cited for. Just because you rear end someone doesn't mean you're at fault.

Well, they could get you for failure to control speed to avoid a collision and reckless driving.

Usually when you rear-end someone, you're at fault. Especially if you've got the attitude you expressed here.

Coild1,

Jason just might be the one you rear end cutting in line haha since he seems to be trying to steer you from doing so. I head east on Queen Creek as well and would just love to see this happen to these jack hole's that do this day in and day out. I say go for it!!! lol

I don't cut people off... I say not to do it because the ends do not justify the means. You want a solution, don't resort to vigilantism.

When they finish the the second left turn lane, do you think people will still cut in?

I'll bet the driver in the little Bud Light truck does. This driver is so imaptient! While driving towards the I-10 there were 2 vehicles behind me and we all seemed comfortable. No one passing, no one racing to the light.

Then when we were stopping at the red, the 3rd vehicle (YEP THE BUD TRUCK) Whipped around us and stopped to my right at the light. Light goes green and the little Bud Truck cuts in front.

Way to go Bud Employee! Real good show! Granny is impressed!.... NOT....Maybe your employer would be, but not me

Anybody have a Bud Truck in their neighborhood?

Jason-- I'm not one to argue nor will I, but like I said, "I will gladly take my citation" for 28-701A which is failure to control a vehicle to avoid a collision. As for the "reckless driving", you need 3 moving violations to get that ticket. I was just venting and have no real intention of rear ending someone, but if I do, no big deal because they should have waited like the other PROPER drivers.

Ah, you're thinking of aggressive driving. Reckless driving is:

A. A person who drives a vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

So if you were to intentionally rear-end someone (which you said you wouldn't, I recognize that, but some people do such things), especially with a brushguard installed on your car, you'd definitely be guilty of reckless driving and your next ride would be in a police car.
